Welcome to megajudi. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the megajudi platform, services, website, and mobile application. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

If you do not agree with any term in this document, you are required to stop using the MegaJudi platform immediately. Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

Megajudi services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Registration or use of the platform by any individual who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Use of our platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or professional purposes without written consent from megajudi.
• You must not appear on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any recognised regulatory body.
• You must act using legitimate funds that are your own, not third-party funds or funds obtained unlawfully.

Megajudi enforces a strict age verification (KYC) process to ensure compliance with this requirement. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only at megajudi. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms. megajudi uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device information, payment details, and other relevant data.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security — this feature is available in your account settings.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Megajudi will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Megajudi accepts multiple payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, local bank transfers, and USDT. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 and is processed instantly. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for standard accounts, though different limits may apply to certain payment methods.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for local payment methods. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours are still processed on the same day or by the next business day at the latest.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each eligible new player.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the bonus type.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Megajudi reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, unfair wagering strategies, or violations of its terms.
• Each account, household, IP address, or device is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
• Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically.

The megajudi VIP Programme offers additional benefits including weekly rebates, higher betting limits, and priority withdrawals. VIP membership is determined by betting volume and may be downgraded if account activity drops significantly for three consecutive months.

• Activities deemed fraudulent, including the use of automation software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or collusion between players, are strictly prohibited.
• Megajudi reserves the right to cancel any bets or wins obtained through illegitimate means.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved on a fair-play basis — bets affected by a disruption on megajudi's end will be fully refunded.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. megajudi is not liable for losses resulting from a disconnection on the player's end.

MegaJudi's Sports Betting section offers markets for over 30 sports including football, badminton, tennis, basketball, esports, and more. All displayed odds are live odds subject to change until the bet is confirmed.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases explicitly permitted under the betting terms.
• Megajudi reserves the right to suspend or cancel bets on specific markets if there is evidence of match manipulation or other unusual circumstances.
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded unless the outcome was determined before the postponement.
• Maximum betting limits vary by sport type, market, and membership level. These limits are determined by MegaJudi and may be changed at any time.
• In-play betting (live during a match) is subject to additional rules specified in the live betting section of the platform.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the megajudi customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player once all checks are complete.

Megajudi reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse or deliberate exploitation of technical errors.
• Inappropriate or threatening behaviour towards support staff.

Players whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to reclaim any bonuses or winnings associated with the violating activity.

Megajudi provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24/7, we cannot fully guarantee continuous, error-free availability.

• Megajudi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. megajudi does not provide betting advice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, MegaJudi's system records will be considered the definitive record, subject to a fair review.
• Megajudi is not responsible for any taxes or financial liabilities arising from winnings earned on our platform — this is each player's personal responsibility under the laws of their country.

Megajudi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For material changes, players will be notified at their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be settled through international arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by megajudi's operating licence.
